我们选取了中国、美国、日本、德国、法国、意大利、加拿大、挪威、罗马尼亚、印度、韩国、马来西亚、澳大利亚、巴西、新加坡、墨西哥、埃及、巴基斯坦等20个国家的制造业雇员工资进行比较,力求较为客观的反映不同国家的收入状况.由于统计雇员工资较为复杂,各国的统计口径存在一定差异,工作时间存在较大不稳定性,同时还受各国汇率水平及其形成机制的影响,因而通过计算得出的数据可能存在一定的误差,但不影响基本状况的反映.

（一） 从工资水平来看
制造业雇员工资水平高的国家主要是一些传统的发达国家,如美国、日本、德国、英国、
加拿大等,雇员小时工资水平一般都在15美元以上.工资水平处于较高位置的主要是一些新兴的发达国家,包括韩国、新加坡等,小时工资水平接近10美元.我国目前的制造业雇员工资水平大约是英国的1/27,德国的1/24,加拿大的1/23,日本的1/22,美国的1/21,较之于新兴国家,我国雇员工资水平大约是韩国的1/13,新加坡的1/12.较之于发展中国家,我国雇员工资水平大约是马来西亚的1/4,巴西的1/3,墨西哥的1/3,但是与发展中经济较为落后的国家相比,如印度、巴基斯坦、孟加拉国,和埃及等,我国的劳动力成本还是相对较高的.

In order to get a more objective reflection of the different national income,We compared the manufacturing employees wages of 20 countries, China, the United States, Japan, Germany, France, Italy, Canada, Norway, Romania, India, South Korea, Malaysia, Australia, Brazil, Singapore, Mexico, Egypt, Pakistan ,ect. As there is a complex work to calculate the employee's wages, the calculated system has a certain difference according to state, and the working hours is quite unstable,meanwhile ,the wage rate is influenced by the mechanical system of exchange rate , therefore it may be a certain error on the calculating the data , but it does not affect the basic situation reflected.

countries with a high level of manufacturing wages mainly are traditional,developed countries . such as the United States, Japan, Germany, Britain, Canada,ect. the hourly wage of employees in the general level is more than 15 dollars. contries with a higher wage level are several new developed countries, including South Korea, Singapore, their wage levels close to 10 dollars an hour. China's current manufacturing wages level is about Britain's 1/27, 1 of 24 in Germany. Canada's 1 of 23 , the 1/22 of Japan's, the United States's 1/21, compared to the new developed countries, wage level in China is equaled to 1/13 in South Korea, Singapore's 1/12. Compared to a developing country, China's wage level is about one-quarter of Malaysia, Brazil's third, Mexico's third, but with the economic development of backward countries, such as India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Egypt, China's labor cost is still relatively high.
