I am writing to complain about your service in my last trip during the national days.The very first thing is that all the antrance ticekts to scenic spots should be afforded and provided by your company as what was written in our agreement(所有景点的入场门票都应有你们负担和提供就如协议上写的一样）.But the fact was that we paid for some of them with our own money.
What's more it is expected that we would visit eight scenic spots but it turned out to be six.And the meals we had just could make none of us satisified.I hope this letter could give you a warning that you should try to improve your service and your company should be loyal to your customers.I would like to know your explanations on this.
