本文主要针对2003年,我国银监会成立后,银行监管职能从中央银行分离和我国监管模式的选择这一系列监管体制的改革作出分析研究.文章根据我国国情,从我国人民银行监管体制的演变开始,逐步对其现状、存在的问题、支持与反对银行监管职能的分离观点以及我国现行的监管模式利弊作出了分析,再结合中央银行监管体制发展的国际趋势,提出了就我国目前情况来看,没有必要也没有条件分离银行监管职能和实行混业监管.而是应该做好当前工作,提高我国的金融监管有效性.

This article mainly aims at in 2003,after our country bank inspectorgeneral committee had been established,the bank supervising andmanaging function supervises and manages the pattern from the CentralBank separation and our country the choice this a series ofsupervising and managing system reform to make the analysis research.The article acts according to our country national condition,from ourcountry People's Bank supervising and managing system evolution start,gradually to its present situation,the existence question,supportsand opposed the bank supervising and managing function the separationviewpoint as well as our country present supervising and managingpattern advantages have made the analysis,the recombination CentralBank supervising and managing system development internationaltendency,proposed at present the situation looked on our country,isnot unnecessary also not to have the condition to separate the banksupervising and managing function and implementation mixing industrysupervising and managing.But is should complete the current work,enhances our country the financial supervising and managing validity.
