Nowadays, more and more people start to learn English. Of course, someone may ask" Why do we learn to speak English". In my opinion, there are several reasons for us to learn to speak English. Next, I will introduce one by one.
First, English is widely used in the world. English has been one of the courses of the school education. It requires us to learn English, including speaking, writing and so on. So as a student, we have the obligation to learn to speak English. It occupies an important proportion in our study. so we should learn to speak English.
Second, learn to speak English is helpful in our daily life. It can make us to communicate with the foreigners face to face. It can help us to make friends with them. We can share our culture with them by speaking English. If we travel abroad, speaking English make us doing things more easily. Also, learn English, we could know many things about the foreign country, such as history, culture,custom and so on.
Last but not the least, learn to speak English is required by the society. Now, many enterprises make trade with the foreign country, and it requires us to communicate with them in English. And, speaking English may be an occupation, many people's job is to interpret for others and make a lot of money.
