信用证所需文件F:46A[Documents Required]
01.Beneficiary's signed commercial invoice in 06(six) copies certifying goods are of "China origin";
02.Full set of original clean shipped on board "bill of lading" drawn or endorsed to the order of XXXX bank,address:XXXXXX.showing "freight prepaid" marked and notify openers and us giving full name and address.
03.Insurance to be covered by opener.all shipments under this credit must be advised by the beneficiary within 03(three) days after shipment directly to XXXX insurance company,address XXXXXX(FAX:XXXXX),and the opener referring to the cover note no.XXXXXXXXXX giving full details of shipment.
04.Certificate of origin issued by GOVT.approved authority/Chamber of commerce of the exporting country stating the goods are of "China origin" must accompany the original shipping documents.
05.signed detail packing list required in 04(FOUR) copies.
06.Satifactory credit report as to means,standing,constitution,creditability and nature of business of the beneficiary from their banker must be accompanied with the original shipping documents.
需要的文件是不是如下：
01.盖章签名的商业发票6份；
02.正本清洁已装船提单.提单CONSIGNEE写XXXX bank,address:XXXX.或者背书给此银行；NOTIFY写开户银行和申请人详细名字和地址；提单显示“freight prepaid".
（opener到底指谁,US又是指谁?）
03.提及预约保险单号的装船通知在装船后3天内,用传真告诉对方保险公司和开证人

04.由贸促会出的一般原产地证,盖商户的章.
05.签名盖章的装箱单4分
06.由银行出的关于公司的资信证明.
是不是我说的需要的资料是对的,如果有什么要注意的地方,请指出,并且回答02和03的问题.

理解得不是很到位,尤其是02理解错了.
这是孟加拉的信用证.
2是要求全套的正本提单,收货人抬头做成或背书成to the order of XXXX bank,address:XXXXXX
不是你说的XXXX bank,address:XXXXXX,这完全是两种不同性质的提单.
opener是开证申请人,US在信用证里指的是开证行.
第6个单据最好不要接受,你的银行不一定给你出.其它问题可加Q1413733016
再问： 第六个单据先前已经问了客户了可不可以取消，客户说这是他们本国的要求，第一次合作的都需要这个资信证明。。。。。。为什么银行不一定给出？
