按照安装教程设置后（everyone权限已放开）,但仍然提示如下：
The page cannot be displayed

•Go to Microsoft Product Support Services and perform a title search for the words HTTP and 403.

IIS的配置问题吧,来宾账户权限,.mdb文件权限在升级时会遇到user用户添加写入和修改,
把目录的执行权限Execute permissions修改为Scripts and Executables.反正就这几个试试吧!
