Manage Household Affaires for a Day
Today I am a keeper of the house.I will manage all the household affaires.I know it must be very busy,because I see my mother is busy with housework everyday.As I know my mother gets up early every morning,I got up very ealy this morning.After I prepared breakfast for my parents,I went to the vegetable market to buy some vegetables.Then I went to the butcher’s to buy tow kg of pork.I thought I would give my parents a surprise.When I got home,it was over 10 o’clock.Immediately I began to make lunch.I washed the vegetables and meat and cut the pork into slices.Then I turned on the gas stove,and put a pan on it and fried two dishes of vegetables.Oh,my god.I forgot to make rice.I turned on the electric pot and began to cook rice.Well,I started to fry the dish of salty-fried meat（盐煎肉）,which would be a surprise to my parents.I put the meat slices into the pan,and some time later I put some jam and red pepper slices into the pan and cooked them to order.The color was good,and the smell was very fragrant.I felt very happy.I put them into a big dish.Then I took all the dishes on table.At 12:00,my father and mother came home.When they saw the dishes on the table,they were very pleased.My mother praised my first.My father smiled and said,“Good!Very good!” Afther they washed their hands,we began to have lunch.They tasted the dishes.My mother tasted the vegetales first,but my father tasted the meat.They all smiled from ear to ear.They felt very happy.Of course,I was more happier.But when I tasted the dishes,I know one of the vegetable dishes was too salty,and the other was no taste,and only the dish of the salty-fried pork was just so so.I think it was a pity!
After lunch,my parents went to work again.I did a thorough cleaning of the house.Then I prepared the supper.After parents praised me,and said,“Dear boy,you’ve done a very good job today.You are free now.Try to manage well the affaires of yours.Study hard and we place our hopes on you.”
“Sorry,Daddy and Mummy.I will live up to your hope.” I said.
