一、北京旅游业的发展现状
北京作为中国的首都,全国的政治、文化中心,近几年来其旅游业得到了突飞猛进的发展.旅游业的规模不断扩大,发展水平不断提升,发展动力不断增强,旅游业对经济的拉动作用日益明显.目前,北京旅游业年增加值已占到北京年GDP的6.9%,已经成为促进首都经济发展的重要组成部分.
（一）北京旅游业的发展基础
旅游业作为第三产业的一个支柱产业,其产业构成可分为核心产业和边缘交叉产业两个产业群.其中,核心产业主要分为三种：旅行社业、饭店业和景区业（张辉,魏翔,2005）.围绕这三个核心产业而延伸的旅游边缘产业主要是餐饮服务业,旅游商品业,交通运输业,娱乐休闲业,商业流通业,金融服务业等等（见图一）.其中一些产业,如金融服务和商业流通与旅游核心产业的关联程度比较低,而交通运输业,旅游商品等行业与旅游核心产业的关系更加紧密.
21世纪以来,北京旅游业的产业基础在不断巩固的同时,还获得了长足的发展.特别是通过举办“人文奥运、绿色奥运、科技奥运”的活动,使北京的空气质量、公共交通、景区的环境、酒店的设施和服务有了很大的改善,旅行社的业务也趋于更加成熟.
目前,北京共有旅行社849家.其中,国际旅行社255家,具有经营出境旅游业务的旅行社125家,国内旅行社594家；星级饭店830家,其中五星级饭店52家,四星级122家,三星级269家,二星级335家,一星级52家,金叶级绿色饭店131家,银叶级绿色饭店132家.到2007年底,北京拥有旅游景区（点）383处,其中 1A级景区20个,2A级景区57个,3A级景区38个,4A级景区54个,5A级景区4个.全市共有文物古迹7309项,其中有6处世界遗产、2处国家重点风景名胜区、1座中国历史文化名村（爨底下村）、99处全国重点文物保护单位（含长城和京杭大运河的北京段）、326处市级文物保护单位.同时还拥有北京奥运景点：国家体育场“鸟巢”、国家体育馆、国家游泳中心“水立方”、北京奥运村、北京奥林匹克公园等.
近几年,北京的交通也有了飞跃的发展.北京市城区形成以矩形环状为主的路网结构,先后建设了二、三、四、五和六环路.截至2007年,全市道路总长25765公里,其中城八区道路总长4460公里,全市立交桥数共有381座；目前已建成的地铁和轻轨共8条,正计划筹建的还有十余条；京哈、京沈、京津塘、京石、八达岭、京承、京开等多条高速公路流经北京；全市铁路总里程962公里,京秦铁路、京哈铁路、京沪铁路、京九铁路、京广铁路、京原铁路、京包铁路、京承铁路、京通铁路等多条铁路干线汇集于此；北京首都国际机场是亚洲第二大国际机场,目前已开通200多条国际国内航线,通往世界主要国家及地区和国内大部分城市,2007年吞吐旅客更超过5000万人次.

1.The Beijing tourism development status
As China's capital Beijing,the country's political and cultural center,in recent years has been the rapid development of tourism.Expanding tourism,the development ladder,and the development of dynamic and constantly enhance the tourism industry to the growing role in boosting the economy significantly.Currently,Beijing has been accounting for the added value of tourism in GDP of 6.9% in Beijing,the capital to promote economic development has become an important part.

The 21st century,Beijing tourism industry continues to consolidate the industrial base,it is also achieved great development.In particular through the organization of "Humanistic Olympics,Green Olympics,Scientific Olympics",Beijing's air quality,public transport,scenic environment,the hotel's facilities and services have improved considerably,the travel agency business has become more mature .
Currently,Beijing there are 849 travel agencies.Among them,255 international travel,outbound travel business with 125 travel agencies,domestic travel 594; star hotel 830,of which 52 five-star hotel,122 four-star,269 three-star,two stars 335 ,a star 52,131 hotels gold leaf green,silver leaf green hotels 132.The end of 2007,Beijing has tourist areas (spots) 383,of which 20 1A level scenic spots,2A-level scenic spot 57,3A-class area of 38,4A-level scenic spot 54,5A-level scenic spots 4.The city's total cultural relics 7309,including six world heritage,two national key scenic spots,Tower 1,China's historical and cultural village (Cuandixia),99 national key cultural relics protection units (including the Great Wall and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal to Beijing above),the 326 municipal units.Beijing Olympic Games also has attractions:the National Stadium "Bird's Nest" National Stadium,National Swimming Center "Water Cube",the Beijing Olympic Village,Beijing Olympic Park.
In recent years,Beijing has also been a leap in the development of transportation.Beijing city to form a rectangular ring-based network structure,has built two,three,four,five,and the Sixth Ring Road.As of 2007,the city's total length of 25,765 km roads,4,460 km road length of which eight districts,the city's number of Total 381 overpass; far it has built a total of 8 metro and light rail,is planning to construct along with more than ten; Beijing-Harbin,Beijing-Shenyang,Tianjin-Tanggu,Beijing-Shijiazhuang,Badaling,Beijing Cheng,Beijing and other open highway through Beijing; the city's total length of 962 km railway,Beijing-Qinhuangdao Railway,Beijing-Harbin railway,Beijing-Shanghai Railway,Beijing-Kowloon Railway Beijing-Guangzhou Railway,Beijing Former Railway,Beijing-Baotou Railway,Beijing Cheng Railway,Beijing Tong railway and other railway lines in this collection; Beijing Capital International Airport is the second largest international airport in Asia,has opened more than 200 international and domestic routes ,leading to the world's major countries and regions and most cities in China in 2007,handling over 50 million passengers travelers.
