本论文主要前瞻性的分析了公私营旅游企业集团化所面临的困境.首先是对国有旅游企业与私营旅游企业的特点和差异进行了比较分析,发现公私营旅游企业进行组合集团化,具有互补的功能,且其所面临的困境在某种程度上可以达到互补的良好效果.通过相关公私营旅游企业的对比分析,本文认为公私营旅游企业进行企业集团化组合是可行的.然后从参考文献中提出公私营旅游企业集团化所面临的理论困境并做系统整理,接着结合整理出来的理论困境做针对性国有旅游企业和私营旅游企业分开调查访谈,并整理出调查访谈的实际困境,两相比较对公私营旅游企业组合进行集团化提出了初探性对策,供后来者的深入研究.

This paper mainly makes a forward-looking analysis of difficult position faced by State-operated and privately-operated Tourist business collectivization.First,I carried on the comparative analysis to the state-owned Tourist business and the privately operated Tourist business's characteristic and the difference,discovered that the male privately operated Tourist business carried on the combination collectivization,had the supplementary function,and its faced the difficult position might achieve the supplementary good results to a certain extent.Through the related public and private camp Tourist business's contrastive analysis,this article thought that the male privately operated Tourist business carries on the enterprise collectivization combination is feasible.Then from the reference proposed the male privately operated Tourist business collectivization faces the theory difficult position and makes the system to reorganize,then unifies the theory difficult position which reorganizes to make the pointed state-owned Tourist business and the privately operated Tourist business separates the investigation interview,and reorganizes the investigation interview the actual difficult position,two compared to the male privately operated Tourist business combines carries on the collectivization to propose the pioneering countermeasure,for successor's deep research.
