1今天到朋友家里做客,一同去的还有另外两个朋友,我们是高中时的同学.
Today I visited my friend's home with other two friends.We were classmates in high school.
2他们都已经工作并结婚,其中一个还当了爸爸,只有我还在上学.
Both of them have got married,one of whom even has a child,while I'm still a student.
3我们在聊天时谈论的都是关于工作的话题,或者像家庭主妇一样讨论无聊的娱乐节目.
When we are together,we usually talk about their work,or talk about a dry entertainment show like a housewife.
4但我一点也不了解这些东西,也不喜欢看娱乐节目.
But I dnot know these things,and I dont like to watch the entertainment show.
5我们曾经最亲密的朋友,但是现在我觉得我们之间共同语言越来越少了.
We were the closest friends in high school,but now I feel the common language between us isless and less,
6可能是因为我离开家乡太久了吧.
Maybe I was far away from home for too long time now.
