NOTICE OF CONSOLIDATION
As contemplated in the Notice of Meeting and other material mailed to all registered and beneficial shareholders of Jite Technologies Inc.for the annnual and special meeting of our shareholders held on June 18,2008,the shareholders at that meeting approved a special resolution to consolidate the 105,368,064 issued common shares of Jite Technologies Inc. on a (1) to (5) basis into 21,073,613 common shares.
Following the meeting and receipt of TSX Venture Exchange acceptance, the necessary documents were fo\ield with the Companies and Personal Property Securities Branch, Ontario Ministry of Government Services and ,effective Septenber 10,2008, the sg\hare consolidation became effective. The shares of the September,15,2008, under the tradding symbol”JTJ”.
Accompanying this notice is a Leeter of Transmittal that may be used by you to chqange your present share certificates for certificates representing the number of shares held by you after the share consolidation. Please read carefully the explanatory noted on the reserve side of the Letter of Transmittal. Shareholders forwarding share certificates to Equity Transfer & Trust Company by mail are advised ,for their own protection,to do so by Registered Mail.
