2、这条路一个月前刚竣工,但是一个月后,它就禁止通行了,因为它正在抢修中.我翻译成：The road has been completed one month ago but after one month ,it has forbided cars to get through because of it was repairing.

attitude towards sth.= attitude to sth.意思是对待某事的态度……

时间+ago 是过去时态的标志词,because of 是一个介词短语,后面不能给一个完整的句子,如果要用一个完整的句子应该用because来表示原因或者用since或as都可以.
