最近在研究BEC,看到有个措辞的练习：I really hoping your schedule will allow you to accept our invitation.（书面邀请） 答案是要把I really hoping改成I do hope.请问I do hope比较适合用在什么场合,个人感觉这里I really hoping措辞也没什么不妥啊～

"really hoping" is very informal. In addition to that, there's a grammatical mistake in it. "I really hoping" should be I AM really hoping.
If this is for a formal report or for some other special occasion, the word "really" sounds extremely informal and thus impolite. Therefore, "I do hope" is more established than "really hoping."
