一. 一掬甘泉石上流.
用开水将所有茶具烫洗一遍,达到高温洁具的效果,还可以提高茶具的温度,使泡出的茶更为浓郁芳香,泡制功夫茶十分讲究水的选择,古人评水层留下许多名诗佳句: “精茗蕴香,借水而发” “无水不可论茶也” “水泉不甘,能损茶味” “其水应以山水上,江水中,井水下”.今天我们用来泡茶之水即为矿泉水,甘甜爽口,鲜美无比.
二. 小勺分茗入玉壶
茶乃大自然之精华,四季皆绿,逢春而发,吸百花香露,玉臻山川精英秀气,其质朴无华,浑然天成,并选用江苏宜兴紫砂茶具与之相配,用其泡茶盖不夺香,色香味皆蕴.
三. 青溪流水幕潺潺
即洗茶,由于铁观音在制作过程中,受太阳的暴晒难免会有灰尘沾染,所以其第一泡不宜饮用,洗之为洁净.
四. 飞泉流云鸣琴瑟
冲水时水流撞击茶叶发出的清音,悠扬悦耳,如琴瑟合鸣,山欢水笑,似乎在欢迎各位的到来.
五. 一抹拂去千般愁.
但愿这只茶簪为茶抹去的是茶梗与泡沫,而为各位抹去得是烦恼与忧愁.让我们用一棵平静虔诚的心来期待茶之精华的释放,将洗茶之水均匀浇于紫砂壶身,称之为”养壶”.可使壶身带有一抹淡淡的茶香,内外加温,有利于茶香充分散发.
