the boy under the tree--　这是个名词性短语,相当于一个名词而已,怎么能叫“句”?
the boy is under the tree－－这是个句子啊,完整的句子
the boy under the tree后面加谓语宾语之类就成了一个句子,至于加什么,你想加什么就加什么
