> 2.3.In case of untimely informing by the Buyer delivery terms of the monthly volume,as well as delayed instructions to the dispatcher on FCA cotton terminals,delivery terms,the time of dispatch of cotton-fiber can be prolonged for not less then period of delay and with appropriate extension of guarantees.

> 2.4.The date of the goods delivery shall be:

> For FOB - the date of issuance of B/L.
>
> For EX warehouse - the date of issuance of Warehouse Receipt (on day of wagon arrival at warehouse).
