Consumption of resident as an important economic indicator, is composed as the whole national economy with consumption of government, inverstment, and net export. In our country, the national economy is increasing heavily from the reform and opening-up, but
consumption of resident especially that of urban resident is not keeping powerful increasing tendency as GDP. With the gradual appearance of global financial crisis, the international foreign trade is appearing the dropping tendency, which results in the decline of our net export quantity. This inflences the stability of our economy, seriously restricting the continuous healthy development of our economy. Therefore, only increasing effective demand for enlarging the domestic demand and speeding up the development of the consumption of resident can solve current inappropriate three demand strucutral problems. This can ensure the policy of "Promote domestic demand, keep growing" constituted by the Party Central Committee. But after the net export, the consumption of resident has necessarily become another crucial power which contributes to the economic gain in our country.
