摘要
锌是人类需求量最大的有色金属之一,广泛用于航天、汽车、船舶、钢铁、机械、建筑、电子及日用工业等行业.目前,全球80%的锌是用湿法生产的,并且湿法炼锌所占比重越来越高.但是,随着锌资源的逐渐减少以及其成分的复杂化,加上越来越多地使用二次资源,炼锌原料含氯越来越高,导致锌电解液含氯量越来越高,而锌电解液氯含量过高会造成阴、阳极板消耗加快,电耗上升,对系统设备产生严重腐蚀,增加生产成本,降低电锌质量等
针对锌电解液含氯过高问题,很大一部分企业采用铜渣除氯法脱出锌浸出液中的氯,脱除效果显著,但随之而来的问题是产生了大量的氯化亚铜渣,如何高效、清洁地将氯化亚铜渣进行综合利用却又是非常棘手的问题.本论文拟用微波选择性脱除氯化亚铜渣中的氯,得到氧化铜产品.主要开展了以下几方面研究.
(1)对氯化亚铜渣原料进行分析检测.结果显示该物料主要物相为Cucl、CuO、ZnS.
(2)考察了氯化亚铜渣在微波场中的升温特性,发现氯化亚铜渣吸波特性较好,在微波加热条件下能迅速升温,升温曲线近似一S型曲线.
(3)考察了微波焙烧温度对脱氯效果的影响.发现450℃时脱氯效果最佳.
(4)考察了时间对微波脱氯效果的影响.发现焙烧保温4个小时可以使脱氯较为完全.
(5)考察了氧气流量对微波脱氯效果的影响.发现150g物料的情况下,氧流量为10L/h时,脱氯达到理想效果.
