There are various legal requirements that must be met by all applicants before a subclass 676 Tourist (Short Stay) visa for Australia can be granted.As the dicison maker I must be satisfied that you meet Australia's health and character standards,have access to adequate funds for your support during the period of your proposed visit,and that your expressed intention only to visit Australia is genuine.The likelihood of you overstaying,seeking to remain in Australia or applying for another temporary visa after your arrival in Australia,are also matters to be assessed.
