1 All document must be presented through beneficiary’s banker and reached our counter within 15 days after the date of the delivery and in any event within the validity of this credit
2 All banking charges outside our counter and our banker’s charges stipulated below are for account of beneficiary:
A.charges related to payment,advise of acceptance and payment (including discount interest,if any),
B.discrepancy free of USD 60.00 or equivalent for each presentation of discrepant documents including charges related to refusal notice,
C.handing free of USD26.00 or equivalent for each presentation of documents which are of value less than USD10,000.00 or equivalent
3 One additional copy of invoice and cargo receipt are required to be presented together with the documents for issuing bank’s retention
4 Pursuant to the united nation’s sanctions and the relevant regulations ,we shall not handle or deal with any documents ,shipments,goods,payments and/or transactions that may relate ,directly Or indirectly ,to any sanctioned countries ,persons or parties .Accordingly,any presentation that may violate the aforesaid condition may be rejected without any liability on our part.
