Any property furnished by either party to the other, except that furnished on a charge basis, in connection with this JV will be deemed bailed to the other party for mutual benefit, and title thereto shall at all times remain in the party furnishing the property. The receiving party will only use such property as required in and for the performance of work pursuant to this JV and will not disclose or provide such property to third Parties.
