6.2 Warehouse Manager shall at its own cost and expense obtain insurance with an approved insurance company, in respect of fidelity (against fraud by its employees) and liability (errors and omission and bailee), and shall upon request by xxxxx, deliver documentary proof that such insurance policy has been obtained.
