How to Learn English Well？

Simply speaking,stress means pressure which may make us feel uneasy in our daily life.
High stress is harmful to us for it will put us in a nervous condition and force us to lose confidence or even drive us mad .Some people may fail to resist the stress and in the end commit suicide.
Stress result from different fields,such as expectation of good performance in study,work,salary,friendship,etc.If we are unable to meet the goal which we set or fail to meet the requirement of others,we may face stess.
In order to improve our ability to fight against stress so that we could live a happy life ,we must learn to deal with stress.Here are some advice:
We must have a positive goal and know how to improve ourselves step by step.
Keep in mind that Failure is the Mother of Success.
When we are under great stress,we must do some excercise to relax and talk with our friends to lighten the burden.
