是一个客诉的记录,要写成英文.我胡乱写了,觉得很啰嗦不知道有没有更好更简洁的表达.
The Root cause is that too many totes loaded in the complained container.The last two totes,which laid on the second layer and close to back door of the container,can't be loaded in the normal way as the barrier on the top threshold of the back door.And a kind of yellow cord was ever used to fasten last two totes on the second layer and the shipment was no fastening used after last year.The last two totes in the container can't be locked and now the precaution cord was removed.This caused the slip during transpiration and damaged the totes on the ground.
This kind of cord can be stretch out and draw back in order to fasten totes as shown in below,We will use the cord after loading the last two totes tied up,and put SOP in place for loading totes in containers for export.

再答： We have used a kind of yellow tie-cord to fasten the two totes in the first layer before, but stopped using it last year due to a purchasing inconvenience. Due to the absence of the tie-strap for tying, the two totes did not appear to be fastened as well as before, thus resulting in damage during transit. This kind of tie-strap can stretch and comprehensively fasten the totes. We have re-purchased and start using the tie-straps. Our warehouse staff will use these tie-straps after each loading of the goods to fasten the last two totes to make them secure, and at the same time has already recorded this request in the export loading operations in the Sop.
