这些年来,我国的经济发展得很快,全国各地各种用高端的用电设备越来越多,有这些设备就必须用电、抄电,这些功能就是依附在抄表系统的基础之上的.通过这几年的实际情况,我们发现有好多原因：有的电表迫于某些原因安装地方不好,或者为了防盗装的过高,抄表人员要用梯子爬上去抄表,又麻烦又不太安全；有的表年代太久了,看不清表数,准确性不高,而且有的环境还不方便进入,存在估抄现象.而且还存在一些其他主客观原因,会这方面的少一点电,那边又多一点.所以无线手抄表的出现可以解决或者部分解决这方面的问题.
手持式抄表机是用于移动数据采集的掌上型设备.就目前而言无线抄表技术是把计算机技术、通信技术、用电及计量技术集于一体的技术,一般是通过一些基于单片机和无线模块的硬件和软件的设计来实现无线抄表及传送数据的功能,从根本上解决了给抄表员带来的麻烦,提高了工作效率.

in recent years,with the rapid development of our economy,more and more hi-tec electric equipments are employed nationwide,for equipments are electric,KWH meter reading is routine job,after observation of years,we have found various ways in meter installation,some are installed in unsuitable place,some are in high place for against theft,the reader can only read it with the help ladder,it is unsafe and inconvenient,some old meters are too blurred to read,the reading number is not accurate,otherwise,some meters are installed in inaccessible area ,the reading can only be done by estimation,due to various reasons ,the reading numbes may be；here more,there less,now the wireless meter reading device make this easy,the palm reading device is an equipment for collecting mobile data,for the time being,this system combined computer,communication,electric consuming and measurement together,its functions to transfer data are based the designs of software and hardware of SCM and wireless module,it relieved readers entirely with higher efficiency,
