为什么有些单词要加ing
我知道现在进行时动词要加ing,但为什么有些动词在现在时的时候也要加ing?比如I often go walking;I often go shopping.还有这些词什么时候不要加ing,哪些情况下需要加?

再问： 那swimming，fishing，shopping这些词如果不加ing是不是意思就不一样了呢，比如I always ＿（swim）in the weekend.这里要怎么填。这些词是不是必须一直加ing，什么情况下可以不要加？
