3.certificate of origin signed and stamped by chinese chamber of commerce or certificate of origin gsp form a,issued by chamber of commerce or governmental institution,evicencing china as country of origin and duly signed/stamped by the above mentioned and the beneficiary,and with the same of before date as bill of lading.
4.beneficiary's certificate certifiyng that the goods habe been loaded corectly in the container and without damages or breaks-cracks.
5.copy/photocopy of e-mail sent by the beneficiary to the applicants before the shipment of the goods with all the details of the shipment(USD,PCS,AMOUNT,VESSEL,EFC)to make the insurance for this shipment.
5.inspection certificate issued by xiong gang,and signed and stamped,certifying the following details:
