The outbreak of the global financial crisis has exposed that the supervision for credit rating industry is lagging behind and insufficient.The existing problems in the credit rating industry are in dire needs of reexamination in this crisis; it is imperative to gear up the credit rating industry and take up the slack on the functions of guarding against financial risks by readjusting the relevant supervision and regulating the actions of credit rating agencies.
