亚洲区域合作专项资金项目的监督
（一）财政部每年对亚洲区域合作专项资金的使用和管理情况进行抽查.抽查结果作为以后年度亚洲区域合作专项资金安排的参考依据.
（二）对于项目执行不力、编制虚假预算以及截留、挤占、挪用项目资金等行为,财政部有权追回已拨付的项目资金,取消有关单位今后三年内申请亚洲区域合作专项资金项目的资格,并建议有关部门给予相关人员纪律处罚.构成犯罪的,移交司法机关追究刑事责任.

(2) for project enforcement,prepare false budget and intercept,squeezed occupy,divert,project financing behavior,such as the ministry of finance shall have the right to recover has allocated project funding,cancel the units within the next three years to apply for the Asian regional cooperation special fund project,and suggest that relevant departments to give related staff disciplinary action.If the case constitutes a crime,handed over to the judicial organs shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
