众所周知,金融危机最主要的表现就是财富缩水,所有人都减少消费.这无疑将会影响到出口国的经济.但是,有一种观点认为,危机来了,人们的生活还将继续,各个国家的人们还是要吃饭穿衣,还是要买一些生活必需品,所以,对出口国经济的影响不会很大.对此,我的看法是,像中国这样的出口国,其产品相对来说物美价廉,特别是一些电子产品,随着危机的到来,国民收入的下降,财富的减少,人们可能会更多地购买中国产品.中国的经济有一个特点,就是依靠外需拉动.中国经济发展到今天,特别是面对全球金融动荡和经济动荡,要降低对外依存度,平衡国际收支.对拉动内需,很多经济学家建议国家出资搞一些基础设施建设,特别是地铁、环保等项目,既符合科学发展观要求,又可以提供就业,拉动钢铁、水泥等多个行业.但是同时又有一种担心,就是如果再搞投资,可能会出现产能过剩的现象.我认为,无论任何措施,都应当遵循适度原则.

As is well known,the most distinguishable phenomenon of a financial crisis is the shrinking of wealth and the decrease of consumption of the public,which will inevitably influence the economy of the exporting countries.However,another point of view deems that no matter what,people all around the world need to have their life move on,which means the basic necessities such as food and clothing are bound to have their market.Therefore,little influence will be caused to economy of the exporting countries.On this issue,I think exporting country,China as a sample,has certain feature on their products,electronic products especially,which is cheep,and fine as well.With the strike of financial crisis,the income of the public and the wealth of society decreasing,it can be turned out there is a increase of Chinese product procurement globally.One feature of Chinese economy should be noted that it is export depended.Facing today's challenge,specifically global financial turbulence,China should be more independent and balance the international income and expenses.As for the strenghtening of domestic demand,quite a number of economists suggest that the governmnet should invest in the infrastructure construction specially the metro and environmental protection etc.These actions not only meet the request of scientific development,but also enhance the area of employment,steel and cement.Meantime,there is the concern that more and more investments would lead to excess production capacity.On the whole,any measures should be operated within a proper range.
