冲裁工艺在机械行业中应用范围十分广泛,它利用模具在压力机上使板料产生分离而得到制件的.几乎在所有的机械产品类型中都有冲裁加工产品,它具有生产效率高,精度高,质量稳定,材料利用率高等优点.而且特别适合产品的大批量生产.随着社会的发展,市场对机械产品的需求量不断增大,产品质量要求也越来越高.对模具的设计显得更为重要,一个国家的模具设计水平越高,越能体现出该国的生产制造业水平的程度.本文设计的是安装架底板生产的模具,底板成规则的长方形,长为200mm,宽为100mm,厚度为3mm,材料为1Cr13.加工方法为冲孔、落料,复合冲裁的工艺方案,一次冲压成型.具有较高的生产效率!

The blank process, which makes the needed parts by separating the (metal) plate with a mould on a press machine, has a wide range of application in the machinery industry. The blank processed parts characterized with high efficiency, high accuracy, stable quality and high utilization factors, are found in all categories of machinery products, particularly in production of large quantities of parts. Along with the social & economic development, the (market) demand for machinery products of increasingly high quality are continuously increasing. The mould design is becoming more and more important as the level of mould design reflects the level of a country’s machine building industry. The mould designed in this article is for production of mounting rack bedplate with a rectangular size of 200mm x 100mm x 3mm in 1Cr13 (material). The combined punching & blanking process characterized with simple operation and high production efficiency is proposed to get the needed parts at one punch.
