In recent years, the survival problem of small/medium-sized enterprise has attracted a lot of attention. The financial storm in 2008 blew down a piece of small/medium-sized enterprises. Additionally, increasing services for SMEs lending institutions and financial service institutions is also necessary.
Further more, the financial innovation, financing for SMEs of state-owned firms and financial institutions should also be emphasized, in order to provide more security options and financing way.
Finally, This paper also proposes the establishment of the internal credit management, credit policy formulation of small and medium-sized enterprise. Thus could reduce business risk in the process via the enterprise credit management, and improve financing ability from the enterprise itself.
