昨天,我起来的很早,5点救起来了.
我起来后刷牙洗脸后就出去晨练.
外面真叫冷昂,冻得我直哆嗦.
我慢跑到了武烈河的体育馆.
那里有很多晨练的老人,有的打拳、有的踢腿.
我跑到健身器材那锻炼了一会就走了,因为实在是太冷了.
我开始往家跑,不过跑着跑着我就不冷了.
快到家时我看到路上出了车祸,有人受伤了.感觉很血腥.
回到家后,家人还没有醒,我就煮了碗面条给自己吃.
吃饱之后我就开始写英语精读作业,感觉自己写的作文不是很好.很怕老师责怪我.
到了晚上10点我就睡了.

Yesterday I got up early, and when I looked at the clock I found out that it was only 5 'o clock in the morning.
After washing my face and brushing my teeth, I went out to do exercise.
It was so cold outside and I felt I was freezing.
I jogged to the stadium near Wulie River, and I saw many old people exercising as well. Some of them were shadowboxing, and some of them were stretching their legs.
I reached the fitness equipments and left after a short time because the weather was too cold.
Then, I began to run back to home, but I felt warmer as I run farther.
Just before I got home, I observed a serious accident, and someone got injured.
The scene was very bloody.
When I got home, I found that my relatives were still sleeping, so I made noodles for myself.
As soon as I had finished eating the noodles, I began to do my English reading homework, and felt that my composition was not so good. I am afraid my teacher might criticize me.
Later, I slept at 10 PM.
