本文首先对含缺陷埋地管道进行了缺陷简化模型,根据数据确定了计算公式,计算得出了该条件下的爆破压力.并通过ANSYS有限元软件进行了模拟仿真.
之后改变缺陷深度和缺陷长度的数值,应用ANSYS进行仿真计算,得出了爆破压力分别与管道缺陷深度和缺陷长度的关系,并对其进行了归纳总结.
最后,基于老龄管道的各种失效模式,开展老龄管道腐蚀的可靠性分析,系统的研究了缺陷初始深度d等七个参数对老龄管道系统可靠性(即失效概率)的影响及其敏感性分析;提出一种基于Monte-Carlo的老龄管道失效概率评估模型.
