答：语法是：介词短语可以作表语.
具体一点：of +抽象名词=对应的形容词 作表语如：
Sth.is of great help/ use/ importance.= Sth.is very helpful/useful/important.
XX是很有帮助的/很有用的/很重要的.
本例尽管和我说的这个不完全一样,但属于of+名词作表语.表示：是.的.
最后那句话也是这种结构：
