The story is about teacher who spent a whole week teaching her class about aerodynamics.To finish off the unit she organized a paper aerplane contest.Each student was given a piece of paper .The liane that would fly the furthest won a prize.The students went to work immediately ,carefully folding their paper .Before long ,everyone was ready to go outside to start the contect except for Jeff .He usually had his own view of life that was not always the same as others' in the class.Jeff dindn't makea paer plane.He just sat there looking out of window----thinking.To five him more tinme,the teacher told Jeff he could go last.Some of the planes only flew two meters while others did quite well .Jeff was the last one to fly his plane .He stepped to the line and showed his masterpiece----a fiat piece of paper .But just as the class began to laugh,Jeff confidently wadded up the piece of paper into a tight ball,and then drew his hand back the therw it higher and farther than the leading plane that had landed.Therest of the class stood there in amazement .The silence was broken when the teacher began to clap her hands and gave Jeffthe first-place prize.The rest of the students then cheered the champion.
