摘 要
信用是社会主义市场经济有效运行的基础，也是现代金融经济正常运行的基石。随着我国社会主义市场经济的持续和高速发展，特别是我国加入世界贸易组织以后，金融信用的缺失问题日益突出，严重影响了我国经济的发展。而在企业融资方面，由于一些大型企业长期受国家计划经济调节的制约，不以信用原则为基础，融资信用缺损十分严重。我国大型企业融资的制度性缺口的存在，原因固然是多方面的，但与信用和信用制度的稀缺紧密相关。大型企业融资的规模、结构及融资交易成本的大小都决定于其信用程度高低以及信用制度的健全与否。市场经济是信用经济，企业要获得融资，首先必须获得信用。因此，在一定程度上讲，融资难是由企业的信用状况决定的。从大型企业在我国国民经济中的重要地位和作用出发，针对大型企业在融资活动时所表现出的多种信用缺失问题来分析企业融资信用问题产生的原因，同时对各市场主体提出相应的建议、要求来防范、监督中小企业的信用缺损问题。

China's large-scale enterprise financing of institutional gap exists, the reason is is various, but with credit and credit system is closely related to the scarce. Large enterprise financing scale, structure and financing of transaction costs size all depends on the credit level and credit system sound or not. Market economy is credit economy, the enterprise to get financing, must first obtain credit. Therefore, to a certain extent, difficulty in financing is by the enterprise credit conditions decide. From large enterprises in China's national economy on the important position and function in large enterprises, in financing activities represented by the lack of a variety of credit problems to analyze enterprise financing the causes of the credit problems in each market subjects, and put forward the corresponding suggestion, requirements to prevent, supervision and small and medium-sized enterprise credit defect problem.
