企业文化是指企业在实践中,逐步形成的为全体员工所认同、遵守、带有本企业特色的价值观念、经营准则、经营作风、企业精神、道德规范、发展目标的总和.它是企业赖以生存和发展的精神支柱,是企业管理的最高境界,同时也是企业的灵魂,是推动企业发展的不竭动力,对企业的生死存亡具有至关重要的作用.企业文化的核心在于被员工认同:因为认同,得以传承和积淀;因为认同,得以传播和发展;同样因为认同,才会经得起磨难和考验,对于一个成功的企业,只有被员工充分认同的企业文化才能使企业基业长青,在市场竞争中立于不败之地.本文结合管理学科的基础理论,制定调查问卷进行数据分析,通过对渤海钻探员工文化认同度的问卷调查进行理论探索,提出对于企业文化建设的一点策略.
