VCT(voluntary counseling and testing) is an effected way to prevent the transmission of AIDS ,which has been recognized by mang countries and international organizations.Survies show that thoes people who live with HIV ( like sex workers ,injecting drug users)are beneficial through VCT.Though VCT is adopted in mang areas today,more support is still needed to expand the programme.The expansion is still faced with a number of problems.In short,with the effort of those people who commited to help control this disease,VCT could effectively help prevent and care for AIDS.
