摘要:水体的氮素污染不仅可以引起水体富营养化,还可直接影响动物及人体的健康.生物脱氮是污水处理过程中的一个重要环节,近年来,这方面的研究力度很大,好氧反硝化,厌氧氨氧化,异养硝化等新理论不断提出,使得同步硝化-反硝化逐渐成为可能,其中的主角是好氧反硝化菌.从长期施用甲基对硫磷的土壤中分离得到一些以甲基对硫磷为唯一碳源和氮源的新型降解菌—HGN系列反硝化菌,作者通过多次平板划线分离法从中筛选得到三株能以硝酸钠为唯一氮源而生长的菌株,其编号分别为HGN1、HGN2、HGN3,经初步鉴定HGN2脱氮效能最好.对HGN2的好氧反硝化特性进一步研究表明,HGN2在硝酸钠浓度为2g/L时,30℃时经72h摇床培养,硝酸钠利用率可达70%以上.因该菌表现出较强的脱氮效能,且对环境要求不高,可以尝试其在生物脱氮技术领域的实际应用.
