2010年11月下旬,吉林石化研究院与长春应用化学研究所合作开发的“异戊橡胶生产技术开发”取得重要进展,中试产品应用于全钢载重子午胎取得成功.
经中国橡胶工业协会材料研究检测中心和轮胎生产厂进行技术测试,及天然橡胶和进口异戊橡胶的全面对比,该产品各项指标达到国外同类产品质量标准；在全钢载重胎子午线轮胎胎面应用上,采用40质量份替代天然橡胶,试验证明吉化胶与天然橡胶相容性良好,混炼功率低,压出速度快,压出收缩率小,表面光滑,尺寸稳定,有良好的加工性能；硫化橡胶炭黑分散良好,撕裂强度高,回弹好,耐磨耗,耐老化性能好,耐刺扎性能优良,滚动阻力大,安全性能提高；轮胎产品硫化时,胶料流动性好,模腔充盈,轮胎花纹清晰,表面无瑕疵缺陷；在胎面胶中采用40份吉化胶,无需改变生产配方和工艺,是轮胎用理想橡胶原材料.
目前,占地13600平米,投资4500万元的千吨级中试装置正加紧建设,今年上半年实现验收、中交,该中试装置将大大降低异戊橡胶技术的产业化风险.下一步,将完善技术平台,提高新产品开发能力,为万吨级装置提供和验证技术数据.

all-steel radial truck tyre have succeeded.
Throughout the test of China Rubber Industry Association Testing & Research Center of Materials and Tire Manufacturer and the contrast between the natural rubber &imported isoprene rubber,every index of the product comes up to advanced world standards.In the applications of all-steel radial truck tyre ,it uses 40phr instead of natural rubber.The test verifies that JiHua glue has a good compatibility with natural rubber,and low mixing power and fast pressing out rate and little pressing out shrinkage and smooth surface and stable dimission and good manufacturing performance.Vulcanized rubber carbon black has good dispersion and large tear strength and good elasticity and resistance to abrasion and good aging resistance and resistance to stab and big rolling resistance to improve safety.When the tire is vulcanized,the glue stuff has good liquidity and plenty of cavity and clear tread pattern and flawless surface.It's no need to change production formulation and process when mix 40 JiHua glue to tread rubber.Morever, it is ideal raw material in tyre application.
Currently,kiloton pilot-plant is being actively built,covering an area of 13600 square meters and invested 45000000RMB.In the first half of this year,we will realize inspection and acceptance, the pilot-plant will greatly reduce industrialization risks on the technology of isoprene rubber.The next step,we will perfect technology platform and improve the development of the new products in order to provide and verify the technical data.
