10.This Contract as written in English shall be interpreted and the rights of the parties thereunder shall be determined by the English text only the effect of which shall not be varied or affected in any way by any other characters written or chopped thereon by any person or by any statement verbally or otherwise made by anyone acting or purporting to act on behalf of either part,unless such alterations and/or additions are duly authenticated by the initials of both parties concerned.
