the opening and reform of China is the introduction of free
competitive economic system of marketing under the background of
socialist system.Just as Deng Xiaoping have mentioned:"socialism and capilatlism,public ownership and private ownership, planning and market can't be totally on the opposite sides.Capitalism lies in public ownership and socialism also can't be away from private ownership.Without the limitation of public ownership, the capitalism may really slid to be the so called "the last person" as Fu Shan said, equally, socialism may drop into the set pattern of totalitarianism without the adjustment of private ownership.During the past thirty years,the fundamental guarantee of the high growth of Chinese economy is our flexible use of market automatic adjustment and government's maceo adjustment policy.Whether one social system is great or not is not determined by the time of its exixtence or the political philosophy proposed by the initiator but fact that has it complete its historical mission in time.
After the past thirty years of development,instead of going downway as "the end of history" as Fu Shan said, China had made itself not noly from a country that has not yet settled its food and clothing to a country with a high-speed development in its economy,but also a country with advantages in many global competitions therefore, the successful of the socialist market economic system in China for the recent thirty years is the best disprovement of Fu Shan' view
