Abstract: as a good dancer except should have solid basic skills, proficient skills and a strong artistic expression, it is more important is to correct control of breath, breath control body, help limbs, more perfect to make all kinds of dance, more incisively and vividly performance dance of the profound connotation. This breathing is called "art breath. To the rhythm of the dance, style, it plays an important role in such aspects as strength. In this paper, through examples to discuss the close relationship between dance and breathing and expounds how to correctly use of breathing in the dance, aims to reveal the respiratory status and its value in the dance.
