CET reform is a good idea to revamp the education on grading the English standard.I would suggest the followings;-
1 all English teacher teaching CET must be qualify and certified by the central education body,if not must be certified by Skilldo
2 Class work to take up 50 % of the CET score and to be judged by the Englisg teacher
3 a written Examination that take up 25% of the score
4 a oral examination that take up 25% of the score.The oral examination to be judged by 3 certified English CET teacher.
