The advantage and disadvantage of fast food.
Briefly speaking,the advantage of fast food is that it can save your time, while others are sitting around the table and waiting for the food they ordered in the restraunt, which is also the direct reason why it is chose by people.Besides, fast food usually taste good.
On the other hand,the high calorie content in the fast food as well as the lack of good nutrition put itself at the disadvantage.Nowadays, many people,especially young people,like to eat fast food,which seriously cause healthy problems to these people.
Therefore, because of its unhealthy disadvantages,fast food in our daily life is not recommended for us to eat.If you just really love it, my advise is that try your best to eat as few as you can.
