请教各位高人一个小小的语法点.
前两天看见一个英语句子，是这样的："To have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death do us part."其中这个do us part为什么不用does,它前面的主语应该是单数名词death啊~还是do us part 就仅仅是个固定用法？如果是的话，帮忙再多举几个同样的例子吧~谢谢

主语不是 death,而是 我们, 最后一句till death do us part意思是直到死亡我们才会分开,do 在这里表示强调,强调 part 这个动作, till death做时间状语.do 起强调作用,放在了 动词 part 的前面.
