said sb 倒装,可放在所说的话的中间或后面.

sb said 非倒装,用法多样,可放在所说的话的前面,中间或后面.
例如：At last she said: " I thought so this afternoon."

I hope so," she said.
一般来说,如果直接引语后注明引语是什么人说的,而且主语是名词时,用倒装结构；而主语是代词时不用倒装.
