摘 要
本设计采用高层分区供热系统。对于小高层住宅楼分户热计量供热，在垂直方向上分为两个或两个以上的独立系统，即竖向分区。竖向分区供热系统要考虑所选散热器的承压能力，管材属性，室外管网的压力和系统水力计算的平衡情况确定每区的层数。根据建筑结构特点本设计采用双管下供下回异程式，上层循环环路长度长阻力大，下层循环环路长度短阻力小，刚好抵消重力作用产生的上层大于下层的附加压力，减小垂直失调问题。
为了达到分户热计量的目的，热计量系统采用有效的控制方式，灵活地控制室温，保证用户对室温的要求，采用自动恒温调节的方法控制调节室温。为避免户内系统丢水损失热量，热量计应安装在供水管路上，而温度传感器应安装在进，出户的供回水管路上，使分户采暖系统最大限度地达到节约能源、安全可靠、经济合理。

Household in order to achieve the purpose of heat metering,heat metering system uses an effective control method,the flexibility to control room temperature,room temperature to ensure that the requirements of users,the use of automatic temperature control adjustable temperature regulation.Indoor system in order to avoid loss of water lost heat in the calorimeter water pipes should be installed on the road,and the temperature sensor should be installed in the forward,back to the households for water pipes on the road,so that household heating system to achieve maximum energy efficiency,security reliable,economical and reasonable.
