近年来,新工质的采用使空调行业内的研究重点放在了管内强化换热技术,旨在提高能效和节约材料.因此,一种新型的冷凝器---分液冷凝器被提出来了,通过气液分离装置将两相流中的气液分离,达到强化换热、减少流动阻力的效果.
本论文是通过实验手段对空气冷却式分液冷凝器空调系统进行在不同环境工况下的性能研究.该研究内容包括:分别在变风量和变室外干球温度下,分液冷凝器空调系统的冷凝热负荷、冷凝进出口压差、制冷量、耗功、能效比EER等参数的变化;分液冷凝器空调系统和直排冷凝器空调系统的性能对比与分析.实验测试范围为:室外干球温度变化在29℃~43℃,风量变化在1100m³/h~1500m³/h.
变环境工况实验结果表明:在实验测试范围内,风量越大,空调性能越好(EER提高,系统的耗功先下降后增大;在实验测试范围内,室外干球温度越高,空调系统性能越差;环境工况的改变对空调系统的性能影响很大.实验对比结果表明:分液冷凝器运用在空调系统中未有效地提高空调系统的性能,却能使得冷凝器管内内部的流动阻力损失降低2.3倍.
In recent years, the introduction of new working within the air conditioning industry, the research focused on the pipe enhanced heat transfer technology to improve energy efficiency and conservation materials. Therefore, a new type of condenser liquid --- sub-condenser was put forward by the two-phase gas-liquid separation device in the gas-liquid separation, to achieve enhanced heat transfer, reduce the flow resistance results.
The paper by means of air-cooled experimental sub-liquid condenser air conditioning systems in different environmental condition of properties. The study include: variable air volume and the respective changes in the outdoor dry bulb temperature, the sub liquid condensing air conditioning system condenser heat load, condenser pressure drop, cooling capacity, power consumption, energy efficiency ratio EER changes in parameters such as; separatory condenser air conditioning systems and vertical air conditioning system condenser performance comparison and analysis. Experimental test areas: outdoor dry bulb temperature at 29 ℃ ~ 43 ℃, wind changes in the 1100m 3 / h ~ 1500m 3 / h.
Changing environmental conditions results showed that: in the experimental test range, the greater the air volume, air-conditioning as possible (EER improve the system power consumption first decreased and then increased; in the experimental test range, the higher the outdoor dry bulb temperature, air-conditioning system performance worse; environmental conditions change on a great performance of air conditioning system. The experiments show that: sub-liquid condenser used in air conditioning systems are not effectively improve the performance of air-conditioning system, but it can within the condenser tube reduce the flow resistance of 2.5 to 3 times the loss.
